Bahamas

The Bahamas is an archipelago of over 700 islands and 2,000 cays in the Atlantic Ocean, north of Cuba and east of Florida's peninsula. An independent country and Commonwealth realm, it is famed for its white-sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, resorts and developed offshore financial sector. The capital is Nassau on New Providence island.
