The Nevis Multiform Foundation can take any form at any time and very quickly: an ordinary foundation, a trust foundation, a company foundation, and a partnership foundation.
The Multiform Foundation is an independent structure with no shareholders. The flexibility of a Multiform Foundation provides founders with a wide-ranging scope on which to base their structure.
The Multiform Foundation may choose a law other than the Island of Nevis Multiform Foundation Law to manage the entity in whole or in part.
The Multiform Foundation can become a tax resident by informing the Register about it and pay taxes with a maximum rate of 1 percent. (Please note that price for registration of tax resident Multi-Form Foundation is higher than above given). The legislation of the island of Nevis does not accept forced heirship.
